5. Culture Conditions

5.1 Culture medium

RPMI 1640+10% FBS

5.2 Cryopreservation medium

95% RPMI 1640 + 5% DMSO

5.3 Cell passaging

5.3.1 During the digestion process, do not blow or shake the culture flask to prevent cell clumping.

5.3.2 The digestion process should be carried out in a 37°C incubator.

5.3.3 Passage at 1:3 every other day.

5.4 Transfection techniques

It is recommended to use EK buffer for efficient transfection.
